Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.

Rates vary by season, holidays, length of stay and current demand. Enter your dates and the total number of guests for the most accurate pricing. Sunset Sound welcomes a maximum of eight registered overnight guests, including adults and children. Your personalized quote will clearly show the nightly rate, required taxes, cleaning fees and any optional services selected for your stay. Use of the boat lift is not included in the standard rental rate and must be requested and approved in advance. Additional fees and boat requirements may apply. Minimum-stay requirements may be longer during holidays and other premium travel periods. A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and the rental agreement has been completed. Rates and availability are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
